How long should each hydrogen inhalation session last?

For optimal results, we recommend sessions of 60–120 minutes daily, depending on your health goals. The H-2000 delivers 2,100 cc/min, allowing efficient systemic saturation. Beginners may start with shorter sessions (30 minutes) and gradually increase duration.

Can I use tap water instead of distilled water in the H-2000?

No. Only sterilized distilled water (available at pharmacies) should be used. Tap water contains minerals and impurities that can damage the PEM electrolyzer and compromise gas purity (99.99%). Using non-distilled water voids the warranty.

What’s the difference between the H-2000 and H-5000 models?

The H-5000 offers higher output (5,000 cc/min vs. 2,100 cc/min) and is designed for clinical/large-scale use, while the H-2000 is ideal for home/personal therapy. Both share the same PEM technology and safety certifications.

Can hydrogen inhalation replace my current medications or treatments?
