Privacy Policy

HueLight Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) establishes and publicly discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of users and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any other purpose:
– To verify membership registration, identify and authenticate members for service provision, maintain and manage membership status, process payments for goods or services, deliver products, and provide A/S (after-sales service).

2. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
① The Company retains and uses personal information only within the agreed period at the time of collection or within the period specified by law.
② Specific retention periods are as follows:
– Member registration and management: Until cancellation of membership or service agreement, unless financial claims exist, in which case until those are resolved
– Records related to electronic commerce transactions such as contracts, withdrawals, payments, and delivery: 5 years

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to any third party without the user’s consent or unless it is required under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act or by other legal provisions.

The Company collects and processes the following information:
– Name, age, address, phone number, mobile number, gender, and email address

5. Disposal of Personal Information
① The Company promptly destroys personal information when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is fulfilled.
② Disposal methods:
– Electronic files: Permanently deleted or disk formatted
– Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated

6. Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information
The Company implements the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
– Administrative: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular staff training
– Technical: Password protection for systems or computers storing personal information

10. Amendments to this Policy
This policy shall take effect from August 1, 2020.
