This study investigated the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer effects of hydrogen gas (H₂) through animal models and human clinical trials.
Hydrogen therapy was administered via inhalation, oral intake, and injection, and there were attempts to maximize therapeutic efficacy using targeted delivery systems based on nanomaterials.
Hydrogen therapy effectively inhibited tumor growth, reduced oxidative stress, and modulated inflammatory responses, with particularly enhanced outcomes observed when using nanomaterial-based targeted delivery systems (p < 0.05).
